LeadingIn the absence of good leadership an organisation suffers from a lack of direction and focus, poor performance and low morale. This is often reflected by unsatisfactory results. Some people have a natural ability to lead that inspires others to follow; they can be seen at many levels in an organisation. Others have the potential to lead, but find it difficult to access their leadership qualities. The Neall Scott Partnership is able to draw out each individual’s unique leadership style. We begin from the basis 'first know thyself' and show potential leaders how to connect with their own deeply held knowledge and value systems, which become the foundation of their inspiration for others. We develop leadership skills through one-to-one coaching, in a small like-minded group or as part of an organisational training programme. A typical course will tend to cover:
