Communicating

The single most common complaint we hear in organisations is that there is poor communication. This results in inefficiency, misunderstanding, low morale, frustration and expensive mistakes.

Every job has two core competencies; the lack of either will make failure inevitable. The first is the technical skill and knowledge required by the job, the second is the ability to communicate that expertise effectively to others. Too often training is focussed on the technical skill whilst assuming that the skill in communication can be taken for granted. All too often this is not the case.

The Neall Scott Partnership equips people, whatever their specialist skill, to convey their messages clearly and listen to others, so creating understanding and cooperation.
